A: Sessions are typically 1 hour.Q: Can I book block sessions?
A: Yes. Block sessions are available if you’d like ongoing support, accountability, and consistency over time. This option is ideal for people who want to go deeper and apply what we discuss between sessions.Q: Do you work with married couples?
A: At this time, my work focuses on singles, people dating, and individuals navigating relationship clarity. Marriage brings its own dynamics, and I believe clients are best supported by professionals who specialise specifically in that area. I’m intentional about staying within the scope of work where I can offer grounded, meaningful support.Q: What if I don’t know what I need?
A: That’s completely fine, we will figure it out together. If unsure about something, email me.Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Sessions are non-refundable, however you’re welcome to reschedule your session to a new date with sufficient notice.Q: Are your sessions online or in person?
A: All my sessions are online only.Q: Do you work with clients outside the UK?
A: Yes. I work with clients internationally. All sessions take place in London, UK time (GMT/BST), so please be mindful of the time difference when booking.
